The hotel had a well-equipped business center that facilitated my work needs efficiently. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety including fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets, which was a wonderful start to my day.

The stay was quite disappointing. The furniture was old and had noticeable stains. It seemed like the cleanliness was neglected, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Even after requesting housekeeping, they only replaced towels and amenities without doing proper cleaning.

Great amenities like an indoor pool and a hair salon made our stay awesome. The bar area was a blast too! Plus, it felt like home with so many friendly faces around.

Nice modern room, spacious gym, large pool, with free coffee and water available all day and warm cookies upon check-in to sweeten your arrival after a 30 km trip from the nearest airport.

easy walks to parks and restaurants near downtown ann arbor

I had a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed and enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a good variety of food at the hotel, making it a perfect launchpad for my explorations into Ann Arbor's vibrant parks and local eateries just a short walk away, like Zamaan Cafe only a few steps away and the beautiful Matthaei Botanical Gardens almost 2 km from the hotel.

great amenities but minor room drawbacks

The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt welcomed. The presence of an Avis/Budget car rental office was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to handle our car rental needs conveniently. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with children.

The bathroom could have used more attention to cleanliness.

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, which were perfect for our family. The bar and restaurant nearby made it really convenient for quick meals, especially with a toddler in tow. Breakfast was a breeze!

My kids wished there was a working laundry facility for cleaning up post-fun, as we had a few messes from the toddler.
